“I would say the risk is declining,” Thomas H. Jordan, director of the Southern California Earthquake Center, told KTLA of the recent earthquake swarm near the Salton Sea, “it really hasn’t been very active in the last couple of days. It’s been pretty quiet.”
Of course, that does not mean that there won’t be an earthquake, just that the chance of it happening are a little bit less. So, officials advise you should always be prepared.
Our earthquake risk is real and it isn't over! Have a plan to communicate and reunite with your family after an earthquake. https://t.co/jKZ9Dsv5To
