
Sunday brought a pair of small, but kind of noticeable earthquakes to the Coachella Valley.
The first magnitude-3.5 shaker hit about 1:45 am near Cabazon.

A little more than 12 hours later, another 3.5 quake hit at 2:07 pm near Indio.

Obviously, there was no damage or injuries from the minor quakes, but, if you are working on Veteran’s Day, it does mean that Sheryl from Accounting is going to be going on and on about her “earthquake weather” shit again.
Probably best to just nod and duck out on that conversation as quickly as you can.
I had major damage at my house — a plastic cup fell off a shelf. Worst damage I have ever endured during a quake.
