A Michigan woman was arrested Wednesday Wednesday night after police say she choked a teenage girl at Disney’s Magic Kingdom after the girl blocked her view during the fireworks show.
The girl was with classmates from her high school and, when the fireworks began, they all stood up to watch. Tabbatha Kaye Mature, 41 was behind them and insisted they sit down, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
The police report says that when Mature “became aggravated” the group of teenagers decided to leave and told the woman she could have their spot.
Mature then, according to the girl, “Wrapped both hands around my neck and began squeezing.” The girl screamed and Mature let her go while stating, “You don’t want to mess with me.”
Mature was arrested for felony child abuse.
