A 20-year-old woman has been arrested after a bizarre incident early Sunday morning that left a man dead in Ontario.

Witnesses told police that Tanya Quintero of Pomona and 2 passengers (1 male, 1 female) were driving up and down South Laurel Ave., at 1:35 a.m. blaring loud music, and throwing trash onto her ex’s lawn.

A resident of the neighborhood, Darryl Sevecino, approached the driver to confront her about the noise. At that point Quintero made a u-turn, struck Sevecino with her Honda Civic, and fled the scene. Her Civic was found abandoned a short distance away.

Sevecino, who did not know Quintero or her vehicle’s passengers, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Quintero was found at a residence in another part of Ontario and was arrested for vehicular manslaughter and ht-and-run resulting in death.
