Woman arrested for setting fire to clothes in front of Sloan’s Restaurant

Fire crews responded to a small blaze outside of Sloan’s restaurant Wednesday morning that turned out to be a few small piles of clothes that had been set on fire.

The blaze was reported at about 4:30 am, according to KESQ.

A suspect was later arrested several blocks away. She was taken into custody without incident. The woman’s name or motivation for allegedly setting the clothes on fire have not been released.

There were no injuries reported and the restaurant was operating as normal on Wednesday.
