Woman arrested for stabbing gas station clerk who refused to let her use broken bathroom

An 18-year-old Colton woman was arrested after police say she stabbed the clerk of an Ontario Shell station in the neck when they refused to let her use a broken bathroom.

Sareah Simental got into an argument with the clerk about 8 pm on April 28. The beef erupted after the Shell employee told Simental, 18, that the bathroom was closed.

The argument ended and Simental got back left, only to return a short time later and stab the clerk in the neck before fleeing, reports The Sun.

The clerk was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Simental was pulled over and arrested a short time later. After her arrest, it was discovered that she had three outstanding warrants including failure to obey a juvenile court order.
