A 33-year-old woman blamed Donald Trump for her drunken driving arrest.

Elizabeth L. Lundberg was arrested Wednesday night after she rear-ended a vehicle in Lino Lakes, Minnesota – causing it to crash into the back of another car.

When authorities arrived, she told police that she was upset about the election of Donald Trump and they should let her go home.

They didn’t and, a few hours later, her blood alcohol measured a 0.33.  She was arrested for a DWI.

If convicted, she faces up to a year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine per charge.
