Beaumont police have released a video of a woman caught on camera taking a cell phone at Home Depot in hopes the public can help identify the suspect.
The woman was recorded taking the phone about 9:15 pm on Wednesday at the store on 2nd Street.
“The following surveillance shows the suspect pick up the phone, place it in her purse and then exit the store,” The Beaumont Police Department said in a Facebook post. “Surveillance cameras also captured the suspect leave the store immediately following the theft.”
