A woman was spotted returning her “dead” Christmas tree at a Costco in Santa Clarita on January 4 and I am guessing the Costco legal team has been hard at work since updating their refunds policy.
A customers at the store, in the suburbs of Los Angeles, was so blown away that he took a pic and posted it to Facebook.
“I CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP…Yesterday Jan 4, 2018 at my Costco,” he wrote (via KRON). Shame on Costco, Shame on this loser, but it’s going to start costing all of us when the word gets out….,”
“Woman in line at Costco totally nonchalant, to return her Christmas Tree “because it is dead” on January 4th. I saw the whole thing go down with my own two eyes about 30 minutes ago. If I didn’t see it, I wouldn’t believe that someone had so little moral values or lack of conscience.”
The man said that the woman was actually given her money back by the store and I bet you she ate all the free samples without buying any of them before leaving too.
