WTF happened at the Coachella locals sale?

Something terrible appeared to happen at the Coachella locals-only sale.

Here are some videos posted of what looks like a bit of chaos this morning that took place in the line for wristbands at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens:

The Desert Sun said it was “a disaster,” but like the videos above, nothing is really clear about what the hell happened.

Meanwhile, other reports make it look like everything was fine.
