You can buy this Palm Springs hotel for $1.5 million

If you have always longed to be an innkeeper in Palm Springs, here’s your chance.
The eight-room, midcentury Three Ten hotel has hit the market for $1.45 million. The spot was recently remodeled and sits on a 6,534-square-foot lot on Palm Canyon Drive, a little south of downtown Palm Springs.
Renovations on the property, originally built in 1958, were a new roof, HVAC, landscaping, and some sprucing up on the interiors and exteriors. Some of the rooms include full kitchens and each overlooks the pool, which is in a courtyard that also includes a fire pit.
The sale of the hotel comes with an active hotel license, and currently all of the units are occupied with extended-stay tenants.
