If you’ve been thinking about heading up to Joshua Tree National Park lately, this Sunday might be a good time to do it.
In honor of the founding of the National Park System, all national parks are waiving entrance fees on August 25, including Joshua Tree National Park. Of course, while it’s nice that it’s free, it’s also August and that means it’s hot af – so, perhaps plan on taking a drive and maybe save the hiking for a cooler day? Just a thought.
The next fee-free day is National Public Lands Day, which I’m sure you already know is September 28.
