A condo in Ocotillo Lodge that the LA Times points out was once the part-time residence of singer / actor / cowboy / that guy the street is named after, Gene Autry, has hit the market for $699,000.
The unit is just a bit more than 1,500 square feet – which includes two bedrooms, a den, and three bedrooms. It’s the biggest unit (and the only two-story residence) in the complex, which was designed by Palmer & Krisel in 1957.
In 1958, photographer Julius Shulman made the property famous with multiple published photographs that are now held in the Getty archives.
