The Palm Springs tourism people – who seem to have more money than they know what to do with these days – have teamed up with Pat and Vanna to give Wheel of Fortune viewers, who have an average age of 65+, a chance to win a trip to the Coachella Valley and, good news: it’s that time of year when there are deals and coupons, which is perfect since, as she tells you every time you see her, she and your grandpa are on a fixed income.

In order to play, your grandma will have to watch The Wheel every night this week (not a problem) and then register on the Wheel of Fortune website (technology is an issue for her, so maybe you can give her a hand) and then come back to the website every night (plenty of time on her hands) and enter to win by logging back in (uh oh).
Luckily, most of the text on the Wheel of Fortune website is pretty big – and she should like that.
