A guy who has accumulated millions of YouTube views by recording himself jumping into swimming pools and the ocean from buildings is now being investigated by police after he shattered both his feet in a jump in Laguna Beach.
Anthony Booth Armer, who goes by 8Booth on YouTube, has been posting videos, such as this one, for the past three months:
Now, Armer is being investigated for trespassing at the Pacific Edge Hotel in Laguna Beach on the night of Dec. 28, reports NBC 4.
In the video, you can see a man clip the edge of the pool after jumping from the third story above it. 8Booth said in the comments that he shattered his feet and heels.
A friend helped Armer out of the pool. Hotel staff offered to call for help, but Armer declined and the friend drove him away from the property.
Armer has since set up a GoFundMe to help pay for his medical expenses seeking $112,000. So far, it has raised just $2,300.
In a strange interview with KCAL 9, Armer says his next jump will be from the Golden Gate Bridge (7:00 mark):
