“Hearts of Heroes,” a television show featuring stories of emergency responders during some of Mother Nature’s most destructive events, will feature a segment on the rescue of an 85-year-old man during a flood in Yucca Valley.
The show recounts the rescue of Thomas Mallon from a washed out ravine in the Hi-Desert in February of this year using a helicopter and a rescue swimmer. The show includes interviews and footage from the rescue.
You can see “Hearts of Heroes” this Saturday morning at 10 am on KESQ.
