The City of Palm Springs spent a whopping $43 million in taxpayer dollars on a seedy downtown project that has slowly been announcing the chain stores and restaurants that will be opening there. One of those new tenants (well, not so much new as the one across the street is moving there) will be a Starbucks Reserve which offers up things like a whiskey barrel aged eight-ounce coffee which currently goes for $10.

Here’s what the Roastery and Tasting Room, currently open in Seattle, looks like:

And while $10 might seem way too much for one coffee. Don’t worry. It’s not like you are going to be able to find anywhere to park there anyway.
