The long awaited Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in La Quinta has opened.

Signs for the restaurant popped up in June, then there were issues over the summer with the Palm Springs location, but now, now, finally, the La Quinta spot has a Grand Opening.

The franchise is offering up 3 days of promotions to coincide with the opening:

• Thursday, January 14th: first 50customers get gift cards worth up to 50 bucks
• Friday, January 15th: first 100 guests get free tea and a chance at prizes
• Saturday, January 16th: $2 pulled pork sandwiches from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The restuarant will also be giving away a $500 gift card free barbecue for a year – not too shabby.
