Police arrested 20 people on Thursday night outside of a Donald Trump rally in Costa Mesa.
There was no disturbances inside the venue, but outside violence erupted as protestors mixed with supporters outside of the Orange County Fairgrounds, reports ABC 7.
People were seen jumping on police cars, throwing rocks and water bottles at cops, and someone was even doing donuts in the middle of the crowd:
“Well, I don’t think anybody anticipated this, but when you get a lot of people angry and you get a lot of hatred out in the world, sometimes people need to speak up,” said protester Rachel Serfati of Riverside.

O.C. Sheriff’s Department Lt. Mark Stichter told the Orange County Register that 200 officers were on the scene.
“This is the beginning of a movement,” Chris Luna, 24, of Tustin told the newspaper. “Trump can’t take away our country.”
