Election day is a week away, but already over 200,000 people have cast their ballots in Riverside County.
Nearly 201,000 mail-in ballots had been received by the Registrar of Voters as of Monday afternoon, reports the Press Enterprise. That’s about 26,000 more than had been mailed in at this point 4 years ago.
83,615 of the ballots were from Republicans, 80,175 from Democrats, and the remaining were independents or voters registered to with other political parties.
