A Riverside man has gone all out this year with his home’s Halloween light display.
Thousands of LED lights have been combined with pyrotechnics (!) and synchronized to music on the home of Kevin Judd of Creative Lightning Displays.
In 2012, Judd’s neighbors lost their minds over the crowds coming to see the show and the Riverside City Council shut it down. So, last year he staged it at a friend’s home – and, of course, that show was also shut down. This year however, Judd says that he has all of his permits in order and will only stage the show Thursday – Sunday.
“I think we did it right this time. We went and got permits first and talked to our councilman, Paul Davis, and made sure we crossed our T’s and dotted our I’s with everything,” Judd told CBS.
