The Best Food and Drink in Greater Palm Springs

Every “best of” list is somebody's opinion. This one's mine, and nobody paid to be on it.

Burgers, nachos, fish tacos, sandwiches, pizza, BBQ, hot dogs, coffee — the categories people genuinely argue about at parties. Where a place wins on exactly one dish and is thoroughly average otherwise, that gets said. Where the famous answer isn't the right answer, that really gets said.

No rotating in whoever emailed. No sponsored pick buried at number six. And when a spot closes or slides, it comes off — which happens out here more often than anybody likes to admit.
