Check out this $9 million home, the 2nd most expensive ever sold in Palm Springs

With Modernism Week kicking off in Palm Springs, the LA Times details a Midcentury post-and-beam in Old Las Palmas that recently sold for a whopping million, second only to Bob Hope’s old place as the most pricey house ever sold in Palm Springs.

The house sits on a 1.5-acre lot and was originally designed in 1968, but was recently renovated. The property includes a 5,500-square-foot house, two casitas, and a poolhouse.

The house was featured in Architectural Digest in 2017 and they go into the restoration of the house in much more detail than I ever could.  Check it out here and have a look at a few more pictures of the home below.
