Palm Springs Councilwoman Ginny Foat is not a fan of snowbirds
Snowbirds, a population of terrible drivers who migrate south to screw up our roads and destroy our storefronts every year, are back in the Coachella Valley for “The Season.” Looks like no one is bothered by their presence more than Palm Springs Council Woman Ginny Foat.
