That’s Patrick DeHaan, the head of petroleum analysis for GasBuddy – who is pretty knowledgeable about this stuff. You have probably noticed that gas prices have been inching higher and, welp, it doesn’t look like that’s going to stop anytime soon.
The spike in price is blamed in part on refinery along the West Coast, according to KTLA. In Los Angeles, they are paying an average of $3.78 per gallon, which is 20 cents more than last year.
