Guy Fieri brought his appetite and frosted tips to the Coachella Valley recently to film (and get a super rad cake!) at several local eateries for his Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Here’s the schedule of when they will air along with the description from Food Network:

Friday, May 12:Turkey, Taters and Dogs” featuring Sherman’s Deli & Bakery:

This trip, Guy Fieri’s digging into a righteous mashup of flavors. In Orlando, Fla., a potato-centric palace dishing out hearty Brazilian specialties. Then, Joey Fatone is riding shotgun to his very own hot dog hangout. And in Palm Springs, Calif., a dynamite deli serving up real-deal latkes and turkey pastrami.

Friday, May 26:Burgers, Beef and Barbecue” featuring Grill-A-Burger:

This trip, Guy Fieri’s diving into the bomb beef and barbecue. In Orlando, Fla., an authentic Vietnamese spot serving phenomenal pho and a beefy specialty, where Guy is joined by Justin Warner. In Palm Springs, Calif., a not-your-typical burger joint dishing out their “Buddha Burger” and “Devil’s Revenge.” And in Temecula, Calif., a smokin’ barbecue stop where they’re even putting their ‘cue into lasagna.

In Maui, Hawaii, it’s a star-studded stop at Mick Fleetwood’s joint serving the rocker’s mom’s favorite chicken, plus a dish that musician Sammy Hagar dives right into. Then, a Hawaiian-Thai food truck stuffin’ their wings and fryin’ their ribs to perfection. And in Palm Springs, Calif., a hot dog spot going meatless with their chili dog and putting a big twist on chicken and waffles.

Then, in Maui, Hawaii, a funky place dishin’ out the bomb lobster grilled cheese followed up by a tropical shaved ice specialty.
