A van with a 10-foot-long homemade bazooka was discovered by Mexican police over the weekend. It is believed that the device, powered by an air compressor, was being used to launch drugs across the border and into the United States.

“The van has a cut in the roof toward the back,” Mexico’s National Security Commission said in a press release, “to allow the tube to be used to launch projectiles, possibly from close to the border into the United States.”

The van was found abandoned on Saturday in Agua Prieta, Sonora – which is across the border from Douglas, Arizona. The can had been reported stolen in July.
