You are going to have to wait a little while longer to score some animal-style fries in La Quinta.
The Coachella Valley’s newest In-N-Out Burger location, at Highway 111 and Simon Drive, is still a few months away . “The construction is still in the early stages so we’ve still got a few months to go before opening,” company spokesman Carl Van Fleet said told The Desert Sun.
There has been no official announcement of an opening date – but, the building has been going up pretty fast – so it should be up and going sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, La Quinta residents will have to drive east to Indio’s In-N-Out or just grab a meal at Habit Burger or Five Guys.
