A Cactus Hug reader submits a photo learning us that a Jersey Mike’s Subs is set to open in The Desert Crossing Center in Palm Desert in the former spot of Port of Subs…

According the the Jersey Mike’s website, other locations will also be opening in Palm Springs and La Quinta (if you happen to know the locations, let us know in the comments below). Jersey Mike’s is known for having delicious sub sandwiches, including multiple options for a cheesesteak. The restaurant also features wraps and salads.

The Palm Desert store is expected to open on February 4th, according to a sign on the door – which also has information for anyone seeking employment.
