Family members told police they had not heard from him for about a week. Jesse was recently in the city of Riverside, according to his family, but is also known to frequent other cities in the Inland Empire.
He was last seen in the city of Fontana.
Camp was the first winner of MTV’s “Wanna Be a VJ” contest in 1998. He received a $25,000 cash prize and a one-year VJ contract on MTV’s “Total Request Live.”
There does not appear to be anything suspicious at this time regarding Jesse being missing other than his ceased contact with family and friends.
If you see or know of his whereabouts, you are asked to contact your local law enforcement agency so his welfare can be checked and family notified.
