Wednesday night, KESQ aired a story about a sign at Lululemon – that really was offending no one – after which the store pulled the sign down.  Sweeps month is off to a hell of a start.

The sign, which read “Be a MILF” followed by, “Mother in love with fitness” was pulled off of the store window after reporter Kelley Moody started asking questions to store employees about it.

One customer, seen walking into the store despite the fact the sign was up, seemed only slightly perturbed by it.  Moodey also interviewed a neighboring business who thought it was, “great” and called Lululemon’s clothes, “fabulous”.

Interestingly, the story (below) also featured a clip of “American Pie” with the word “fuck” bleeped out and “MILF” not bleeped out – probably because it is not at all offensive.

Amazingly, KESQ somehow missed this sign on El Paseo, just a couple blocks away.
