A man was hospitalized after being shot in Desert Hot Springs Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called to Oro Loma at about 1:37 pm, according to KESQ. The officers arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound to lower body.

Detectives with the Desert Hot Springs Police Department are investigating.
