The new Applebee’s restaurant will be located at 82-894 Highway 111 in Indio, on Highway 111 between Smurr Street and Towne Street in Downtown Indio.
While it is great to see downtown Indio being revived, if you are keeping score, that makes 7 Applebee’s – but still zero locations of:
- Claim Jumper
- Chick fil A
- Famous Dave’s
- Krispy Kreme
- Waffle House
- BJ’s
- TGI Friday’s
- Baker’s
- Dunkin Donuts
…to name just a few.
