

Police arrested a Palm Desert woman Tuesday night on suspicion of selling local residents ads on table tops that were never produced.
49-year-old Theresa Darrah is being held on a $1 million bail will appear in Riverside County Superior Court Friday.
Viewers contacted KESQ in April about Darrah’s “fraudulent business practices” leading to an eight-month investigation by authorities.
KESQ reports that Darrah also sold advertisements using the name Reese Stacey for a publication called “Desert Cities Modern Woman.”
Darrah now& faces 23 counts of burglary, 18 counts of grand theft, one count of forgery and one count of petty theft.
