While Netflix is popular amongst all 50 states, the top show in each can vary. A new study by HighSpeedInternet breaks down each states most popular shows in every state for 2016 – and while some are predictable (Parks & Recreation in Indiana, Portlandia in Oregon), some are, well, I just don’t know (I’m looking at you, Wyoming).
Since Netflix does not actual release info like this, the list was determined by taken the top 75 shows on Netflix, cross referenced the shows with Google Trends data. Here were the results (list below map):
