Stephen Colbert says goodbye to The Colbert Report on December 18 – and he is taking his show out with a bang. Monday night, President Obama dropped by…but not just as a guest. Rather, the leader of the free world took over for Colbert by hosting “The Word” segment, rebranded “The Decree” (for Presidential dignity).
