The luxury home rental market is not doing as well as it has in previous years in Greater Palm Springs, even during Coachella and Stagecoach. Hmmmm..wonder why? Could it be because Coachella Valley cities were pricks to an entire group of people who just decided, fuck it – and took their money to a community that actually appreciates them?
As KESQ reports, luxury home rentals are available in droves in the Coachella Valley this year. While some of that is because snowbirds are basically poor now, could it also be because cities like Rancho Mirage, Indio, and Palm Springs have told adults under a certain age that they are not wanted in their towns despite them being the “ideal consumer” with loads of disposable income.
Weird how that works.
