So, yeah, Black Friday and Cyber Monday get all of the attention (we are, after all, tracking the deals here and here), but there is also Small Business Saturday that gives shoppers a chance to support businesses owned, operated, and staffed by people who call the Greater Palm Springs Area home (rather than the huge websites and stores owned by corporations from outside the desert that dominate Black Friday and Cyber Monday). As Cactus Hugs is one of those types of business, we wanted to take a moment and give a chance for shops, services, and such in the Coachella Valley to let people know why they should give them some cash on Small Business Saturday.
If you own or work for a small business in The Coachella Valley, take a moment and let us all know if you are doing any specials for Small Business Saturday or just give a quick one to two sentence pitch about why people should pay your spot a visit, give you a call for service, or whatever it is you do here in the desert.
