Weather guesser Soumada Smith said goodbye to KMIR viewers on Friday.

Smith, who somehow survived spending 5 mornings a week with anchor Dan Ball, has taken a position in Los Angeles.

This helps to explain the station’s hiring of Jeff Forgeron, recently of KESQ, who announced he would be guessing the weather on KMIR starting Monday.
