If you love tribute bands (and not spending money to see them), it is a good time of year to live in The Coachella Valley. Fantasy Springs recently announced their slate of free outdoor concerts (mostly on Saturdays), and now Spotlight 29 has followed up with their own free tribute band schedule of the indoor venue variety.
The concerts will all take place at 8pm in the air-conditioned Spotlight Showroom on Friday nights. Here is the “Free Friday Tribute Concert” schedule:

COACHELLA, CA – (April 17, 2015) – Exciting new tribute bands and artists have been added to Spotlight 29 Casino’s incredible lineup of Free Friday Tribute Concerts. Spotlight 29 Casino’s Spotlight Showroom offers the premier entertainment experience in the Coachella Valley. All of the shows take place at 8 p.m. indoors in the air-conditioned Spotlight Showroom.
The free concerts will include beloved tributes to classic rock and country artists, and everything in between. Journey Unauthorized brings the chart-topping arena rock sounds of Journey back to the Spotlight Showroom on April 24. Spotlight 29 Casino welcomes back the Pink Floyd Experience, celebrating the music of Pink Floyd, on May 15. On June 5, John Curry will be back to perform the hits of one of the most popular acoustic artists from the ‘70s, John Denver.
Crowd favorite Caravanserai makes a return visit to the Spotlight Showroom on July 10 for a tribute show to Santana. Don’t miss the incredible stage-swapping concert on July 31 with The Beatles vs. The Rolling Stones – A Musical Shootout. Critically acclaimed Elton John tribute artist, Kenny Metcalf, pays tribute the singer on August 14. There will be long beards and spinning fuzzy guitars from Eliminator KC during their tribute to ZZ Top on August 21.
The Free Friday Tribute Concert Series has become one of the Coachella Valley’s favorite live music events. Dance, dine, have cocktails, or just relax and enjoy the music of the amazing tribute bands and artists. Guests must be 21 years and older.
