Playing the Powerball is supposed to be easy. Just hand over your $2 and you are in. But not for Nevadans.
The state of Nevada does not offer Powerball (clearly, the state hates gambling), so residents of the state who want to win big have to drive to Nipton at the California border and stand in long lines like these:
