Tom Brady’s old plot inside the Madison Club just sold for $3.2 million

An undeveloped piece of land inside La Quinta’s Madison Club that once was owned by quarterback Tom Brady recently sold for over 3 million bucks.

The LA Times reports on the sale of the land, which is on the 5th hole of the golf course at the gated community. There is no word on who the buyer is, but let’s hope they like the Kardashians.

Brady, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback (dude, it felt weird typing that), bought the lot for $2.2 million in 2013 and sold it two years later, at a loss, for $2 million.

Don’t worry about Brady though, he recently signed a two-year deal for $50 million with the Bucs and appears to have settled in nicely, renting Derek Jeter’s gigantic Florida pad.
