A college student told the cops that she was taking a topless Snapchat selfie for her boyfriend just moments before her SUV slammed into the back of a parked police car in Bryan Texas.
The officer saw that Miranda Kay Rader, 20, was wearing an unclasped bra and attempting to put her shirt on when he approached, according to KBTX.
There was also an open bottle of wine in the center console cupholder, according to cops.
When asked why she was not dressed, Rader told the officer she was, “taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at a red light.”
Rader, a student at Texas A&M, was charged with DWI with an open container and was also issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol.
