Police are investigating a shooting at the AM/PM gas station on Avenue 42 and Jefferson Street in Indio.
The Indio Police Department told KESQ that investigators were looking at two vehicles in the area, including one with bullet holes parked at the gas station and another just east of the AM/PM.

A witness told the TV station they saw two people taken to the hospital. There is no word on their condition.
Roads in the area were closed for the investigation, but have since reopened.
