Video: Arsonist quickly learns about karma as he sets his own leg on fire

Police in Kentucky are looking for a man and a woman who were captured on video attempting to set a business on fire. As you can see in the video, the man is better at setting his own leg ablaze then he is the building.
Police are investigating.
