A would-be robber walked into a mini-mart on Tuesday only to quickly walk out when they recognized they guy working there.

At noon Tuesday, the suspect walked in to the store in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Then, according to The Denver Channel, store clerk said the suspect looked at him and said, “(Expletive), I was going to rob this place but I know you.”

But to be sure, the suspect then asked the clerk, “Do you know me?”   The clerk replied that he did not know the guy at which point the suspect said “good”, gave a thumbs up, and walked out.

Police are investigating.
