The DMV is a terrible, terrible place. But, no matter how frustrating a trip to the DMV may be, you are not allowed to completely lose your shit – something that a 31-year-old Florida woman learned first hand this week.

Eleanore Stern was arrested Thursday after fighting with a Florida Highway Patrol trooper at the Deerfield Beach Department of Motor Vehicles. The incident was captured on video by someone waiting for their number to come up (oh, when will that number ever come up) in the DMV waiting area:

According to police, Stern argued with examiners at the DMV and they requested that the trooper remove her from the building. That is when she really lost her cool and kicked the officer right in the baby maker.  As you can see, the officer did not take kindly to that.

Stern was arrested and faces one count of resisting arrest without violence.
