Watch 2 Guys Turn 26 Tons of Sand into a Rabbit in Palm Desert in 60 Seconds
Earlier this month two guys turned 26 tons of sand in Palm Desert into a huge jackrabbit. It took them 4 days to do it. You, on the other hand are busy, so (through the magic of time-lapse) you can watch it all happen in just 60 seconds.
The art piece was created by professional sand sculptors Kirk Rademaker and Rusty Croft for the Coachella Valley Wildflower Festival at the Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Visitors Center in Palm Desert.
The finished product was 6 feet tall at its highest point and about 15 feet wide.
Rademaker and Croft star in Travel Channel’s “Sand Masters”.
