CBS aired an episode of ’48 Hours’ entitled “Murder in Pinyon Pines” detailing the triple murder in the mountains south of Palm Desert in 2006.
The murders have still not been solved, though 2 parties were jailed in 2014 – only to be released after charges were suddenly dropped.
