Woman Accused of Throwing Bacon and Sausage at Cops Inside Police Station

Screen Shot 2014-12-27 at 11.57.15 AM A woman walked into a Farmingham, Massachusetts police station on Friday and began to throw bacon and sausage at police officers all while proclaiming, “I’m here to feed the pigs.”

The Boston Globe has the strange details:

Lindsey McNamara, 24, walked into the station at about 11 a.m., while smiling and holding a Dunkin’ Donuts box in her hand, said Framingham Police Lieutenant Harry Wareham.

McNamara said she had “come to feed the pigs,” and then proceeded to reach into the box and smear a handful of raw bacon and sausage on the dispatcher’s window, Wareham said. She reached into the box again, and smeared a second handful of meat on the window.

Officers came out of the dispatch area, and arrested McNamara for malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct, Wareham said.

McNamara represented herself in court and told the judge “God told me to go over there and feed the pigs.”

She has been charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property. A judge told McNamara’s parents he was ordering a mental evaluation and postponed her arraignment.
